How it works
Five steps, one phone call
Most bookings take a few minutes.
Step 1: Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask the address, what you are clearing — a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard, a job site — roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
Step 2: We size it and quote it flat
You get a flat-rate quote whenever possible that covers delivery, pickup, disposal, the standard rental period and an included weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
Step 3: Delivered where you want it
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on a flat, solid surface rather than the lawn. Often same-day or next-day, when scheduling allows. You do not need to be home.
Step 4: Load it at your pace
Keep it level with or below the top rim and keep the problem items out — paint and solvents, oil and fuel, chemicals, tires, batteries, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos, TVs and computers, and fridges, washers, stoves and other major appliances. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
Step 5: We haul it and dispose of it right
The load is secured for the road and goes to a facility permitted to take it, with metal, concrete and yard debris diverted from landfills whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Services — common questions
Which service do I need?
Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
Is the price different between services?
No — the containers and the way we price them are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule the job.
Do you offer ongoing commercial service?
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Do you serve the whole area?
Yes — sixteen towns across St. Louis, Carlton and Lake counties in Minnesota and Douglas County in Wisconsin, each with its own page. What differs from town to town is the hauler licence, the street permit and the garbage rules each one writes — the WLSSD district licence around Duluth, Carlton County's and St. Louis County's outside it, and a few cities with their own — and each town page says what that town asks for. We are licensed and insured.
