10Yard Dumpster
- about 14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high
- about 3 pickup truck loads
- 1–2 tons included

Sizes
Five sizes from 10 to 40 cubic yards, side by side. Weight and volume are separate limits — the material you are loading decides which one runs out first.
Not sure what size you need? You are in the right place. The quickest way is to count the job in pickup truck loads — about 3 for a 10 yard, 4–5 for a 15, 6 for a 20, 9 for a 30, 12 for a 40 — and then check the weight: concrete, tile, roofing and soil fill a container's tonnage allowance long before it looks full, so heavy material is usually limited to a 10 or 15. Everything else is a question of driveway length.
Your quote covers delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal up to the included weight, and it is given before you book.

| Size | Dimensions | Capacity | Weight included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 Yard Dumpster | about 14 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 3.5 ft high | about 3 pickup truck loads | 1–2 tons | Small kitchen and bathroom remodels, roofing tear-offs, garage and single-room cleanouts, and concrete, tile, asphalt and brick within the weight limit. |
| 15 Yard Dumpster | about 16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 4–5 pickup truck loads | 2–3 tons | Garage, attic and basement cleanouts, kitchen and bath remodels, flooring and carpet removal, roofing, small decks and fences, and yard cleanup. |
| 20 Yard Dumpster | about 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high | about 6 pickup truck loads | 3–4 tons | Whole-home cleanouts, multi-room renovations, roofing projects, large landscaping jobs and light demolition with mixed debris. |
| 30 Yard Dumpster | about 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 6 ft high | about 9 pickup truck loads | 4–5 tons | Multi-room renovations, estate and property cleanouts, office and retail remodels, light demolition and community cleanups. |
| 40 Yard Dumpster | about 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 8 ft high | about 12 pickup truck loads | 5–6 tons | Commercial renovations, new construction and large demolition jobs, full-home remodels, warehouse and commercial cleanouts, and large event or community cleanups. |
Choosing the right size is about money, not just room. A container that is too small means a second haul; one that is too big means paying for air. The usual mistakes are under-counting the pile by about a third and forgetting that dense material hits the weight limit first. When you are between two sizes and the material is light, go up; when it is heavy, go to a 10 loaded level or plan a swap.
If your street, HOA or driveway has tight access, say so when you call, and we will tell you before delivery whether the size you picked will fit and where it can sit.

The 20 yard is one of the most popular sizes: big enough for major cleanups and renovations while still fitting in most residential driveways.
Count it in pickup truck loads and add a third. If the number lands between two sizes, go up.
Heavy materials like concrete are usually limited to the smaller containers, such as the 10 or 15 yard, because of weight limits and transport safety. Tell us the material when you call.
Each size page lists the space needed for that container. Tell us about the driveway, any slope, overhead wires or tight turns when you call, and we will confirm before delivery.
