What to have ready
- The delivery address, including the town — and whether it is the Minnesota or the Wisconsin side of the bridge
- What is going in — and especially whether any of it is concrete, brick, dirt, shingles, tile, yard waste, cardboard, appliances, TVs or computers, because weight and the Minnesota and Wisconsin disposal bans change the plan
- Roughly how much: rooms, the size of the roof, pickup loads, or a photo of the pile
- Where you want it set — driveway, lot, alley or job site — and whether your HOA has rules on containers
- When you want it, how long you expect to need it, and whether a demolition is involved, since the MPCA, the Minnesota Department of Health and the Wisconsin DNR each have their own steps for that

We run roll-off containers out of our yard in Superior to every town below. Many orders go out same-day when scheduling allows; distance and route timing decide the rest. Street placement and hauling rules differ from town to town, and each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.

Can I book online?
Every job is confirmed with a phone call, because the questions that decide the price — material, weight, access, any placement rule — are faster to answer out loud. Email info@truenorthwastebins.com if you need to send details or photos first and we will call you back.
What are your hours?
The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Deliveries and pickups go into working windows, and we do not promise night or Sunday drop-offs.
Can I send photos of the job?
Yes — email them to info@truenorthwastebins.com with the address and we will call you back with a size and a quote. Photos of the drop spot help the driver too.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and payment is typically collected when your booking is confirmed, to secure your delivery date. Where an independent provider handles the rental, billing may be handled by that provider — we tell you on the call.
Do you serve my town?
If it is in Duluth, Superior or the Northland towns around them, very likely. The service area page lists all sixteen towns, each with its own page, including what each town says about street placement and hauling. If yours is not there, call and ask.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Call when the container is full or the job is done, and we schedule a prompt pickup. You do not need to be home, just keep the path clear. If you finish early, call and we will arrange an earlier pickup.
